FAQs
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that life happens! We have a 2 hour cancellation window.
Late cancels: If you cancel within the 2 hour window, there will be a $15 late cancel fee.
No-shows: If you miss class without canceling, a $15 no-show fee applies, and class pack users will lose their credit.
How does the waitlist work?
If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens, you’ll receive an email or app notification so you’re in the know, everyone on the waitlist will be notified so keep your device handy
What if I’m running late?
We allow a 10-minute late arrival window. After that, your spot may be given away to a waitlisted rider, and you may still be charged. We want you to get the full ride experience, so please try to arrive early to set up and get settled.
Do I need clip-in cycling shoes?
Nope! You’re free to bring your own shoes. Our bikes are equipped with cages if you’d rather ride in sneakers. If you’d like, you can also bring or purchase clip-in shoes for an enhanced ride experience.
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely! We love introducing new riders to The Spin Effect. First-time riders often receive special intro offers, so check our website or ask the front desk for details.
How early should I arrive before class?
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before class, especially if it’s your first time. This gives us time to help you with bike setup and answer any questions before the ride begins.
